Kingsoft Writer is equipped with a FREE built-in PDF converter to change Word documents into PDF files. The Word-to-PDF converter fully supports graphics, heading styles and complex formatting for a perfect conversion to PDF. With Kingsoft Writer, converting Word files into PDF format is fast and simple. By following the steps below you can easily create professional-quality Adobe PDF files.
Step 1. Open an existing Word file or create a new file with Kingsoft Writer.
Step 2. After editing your Word files, click the Writer tab and in the drop-down list click Save as > Export to PDF, as shown in the figure below:
Step 3. A pop up window will appear and you can select the converted file name and file path. Then hit OK.
Step 4. The file will then exported to PDF. Click Open File and the new PDF file will appear.
By using Kingsoft Writer, there is no need to install any third party Word to PDF converters. Writer does more than converting files to a PDF format; it can also create PDF files from scratch. Rather than opening an existing file, you can simply write a new document and then convert it. So it comes as a Word-to-PDF converter, while still maintaining its primary function as a word processor.
